Reflecta-Thermofloor™ is the smart choice for your building’s underfloor insulation. With Reflecta-Thermofloor™, you can save as much as 50% in labour costs and fixings. Suitable for both residential and commercial floors, Reflecta-Thermofloor™ can be installed without special fixings. The specially designed format of Reflecta-Thermofloor™ allows the product to be rolled out over sub-floor framing and then fixed in place and secured by the sheet flooring that is installed using conventional fixing requirements for sheet flooring such as suitable particleboard, compressed fibre cement sheeting or similar.

GI Building Sciences® Warranty/Guarantee statement.

The warranty period is for 15 years from the date of manufacture which is printed on our rolls of insulation
The GI Building Sciences Insulation warranty covers oxidisation and corrosion for 15 years from manufacture (subject to storage, transport and installation conditions).
GI Building Sciences® also warranty against faulty manufacture or failure of their products for 15 years.

GI Building Sciences® will bear all reasonable costs to the user for any claims on warranty, anywhere within Australia.
Warranties and guarantees from GI Building Sciences are in addition to other rights and remedies of the customer under law
Warranties and guarantees are conditional upon our products being used, stored, applied and installed as per the manufacturers specifications on each product as described by the Company.
